Chughtai Mart is a small clothing shop run by Huzaifa Chughtai in Pakistan. You don't need an account to shop here, and we don't collect payment details on this website. Orders are completed over WhatsApp.

When you place an order, you type your name and delivery address into a form on this site. That information is used to compose a WhatsApp message which you then send to us.

Your name and address are not stored on this website or in our database— they exist only in the message you send. Once you send it, that conversation lives in WhatsApp, and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

If you submit a review, we store the name, email address, rating, review text and any photos you attach. Reviews are held for moderation before appearing on the site.

Your name, rating, review and photos are shown publicly if the review is approved. Your email address is never displayed publicly — it is only visible to the store owner.

We do not collect or process card details, bank details, or any payment information on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp.

Your shopping cart and your light/dark theme preference are saved in your own browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for the store owner's admin panel, which ordinary visitors never receive.

Running this shop means a few other companies handle data on our behalf: our website host and database provider (Vercel and Neon), our image storage (Vercel Blob), and WhatsApp, which carries your order messages.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

You can ask us to remove a review you submitted, or ask what information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
